Venue

The Symposium will take place in the gracious Emerald Ballroom of the Esplanade Hotel, situated in the centre of Zagreb, near the Zagreb Train Station. Hotel Esplanade is a legendary hotel in Zagreb. It was built in 1925 with the aim of providing accommodation to the passengers of the famous Orient Express, which operated on the Paris-Istanbul route. The Venue is easily accessible by a number of tram lines directly from the Zagreb Bus Station. Franjo Tuđman Airport (Zagreb Airport) is connected with the city centre by public transport. Within walking distance the Venue is surrounded with a wide array of possible accommodations, from low budget to exclusive hotels. Same goes for the places where you can eat. Therefore, we invite you to invade the city and explore it all (after the sessions, of course).
