• Monday: Welcome Cocktail
Reception
The participants are taken from the hotel to the old city of Dubrovnik
to walk down towards the Palace Atrium in the heart of the city for a welcome
cocktail reception. The reminder of the evening is on their own. Transfer
back to the hotels – on their own – by local city buses or taxis.
• Tuesday: Dinner at Konavoski Dvori
Country Club
This is a unique restaurant in the Adriatic, located in the old water
mill, next to the cascading stream. Waitresses dressed in national costumes
serve local home-made specialties! Your dinner menu includes such delicacies
like: Dalmatian ham and oil-cured cheese; lamb and veal and potatoes baked
under the iron bell covered with hot coals, or perfectly grilled trout, home-made
bread, etc
• Thursday: City Tour & Dinner at Mimoza Restaurant
Transfer from the hotel for a guided walking
city tour of old walled city of Dubrovnik, followed by a dinner at Mimoza
Restaurant Terrace, located close to the old city. A group of local singers
and players will entertain the group during dinner. Transfer back to the hotels
– on their own – by local city buses or taxis
• Friday: Gala Dinner
The guests are transferred to the old town
of Dubrovnik to enjoy a gala dinner at the Gradska Kavana – a former Dubrovnik's
shipyard. A dancing band will enhance the atmosphere and make the night a
memorable experience.
